Kirsty Wright Dip. Psychotherapy · MBACP · MNCPS
I offer integrative psychotherapy for adults in Notting Hill, Maida Vale and online. My work is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that clients hold more understanding and capacity than they may initially realise.

My route into psychotherapy was not a straight line. I first trained as a lawyer, gaining a law degree and a diploma in legal practice, and spent several years as a tax adviser inside an investment bank.
While raising my family, I spent many years studying and practising Buddhist meditation. That period gave me a way of sitting with experience — my own and other people's — that has shaped everything since. I trained as a Conscious Parenting Coach with Dr Shefali Tsabary, and then began the longer path into psychotherapy.
I qualified after a five-year Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education. I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and I abide by both codes of conduct.
I work with adults and young adults from a wide range of backgrounds — professionals, parents, carers, and those navigating significant life transitions. Some clients come with a clear crisis they want support with; others arrive with a more general sense of pressure or disconnection despite appearing to cope well externally.
"My approach is relational and grounded in the belief that clients often hold more understanding within themselves than they realise."
